Manufacturing Lead-times

SweatGear custom manufactures every order that we receive. Manufacturing could take up to 12 to 15 working days depending on production schedules and materials availability. We do strive to get SweatGear products to our customers as quickly as possible without compromising on quality and workmanship.

Deliveries

HikeLAG outsource deliveries to renowned courier companies to ensure quick and efficient delivery of products to our customers. We offer a flat rate delivery on all our orders, and once your product has been dispatched, we will update you with a tracking code which you can use to track your parcel.

Returns

We offer hassle-free returns on all deliveries, however we do charge a 25% handling fee to recoup losses made on transactions.
